The concept
Up to 16.000 m2 under one roof where the stands are sold in modules of 50 m2, but by combining modules, stands of 100, 150, 200 m2 can be established. etc.
There are also a limited number of “half modules” of 25 m2.
Each stand is marked/framed with marking tape.
The concept focuses on economy. Therefore, sophisticated stand constructions are not encouraged, and the general lighting in the halls is very nice and is supplemented with 2 ceiling-mounted LED lamps per 50 m.2 module, which is why no additional lighting is required.
The raw concrete floor can be used directly in the presentation, but it is individual to consider other flooring options. There will be carpets in the continuous "main corridors".
You can drive directly to the stands during construction and dismantling.
The fair is a "pure" furniture fair, but there is acceptance for relevant product areas such as duvets/pillows, carpets, lighting, etc.
Any carpets on the stand area, electrical connections, etc. can be ordered separately in MESSE C's webshop.

Food and drinks
Mandatory "all inclusive" catering package covering the catering of both exhibitors and visiting professionals.
From the integrated café/lounge area on the exhibition grounds, the following is served:
- Free coffee and tea as well as a "water bar" with still and sparkling water throughout the event
- Morning coffee with bread
- Lunch including beer/soda
- Afternoon coffee and cake
- Afternoon snack Monday and Wednesday
- Dinner/get together (Monday) including beer, wine, soda
Catering per 50 m2 stand module is sold at the 2026 price of DKK 6.950 when booking no later than September 15, 2026.
Price thereafter DKK 7.125.
Stand rental and catering package are due for payment on March 1, 2027.
Show your news on Furniture Spot
As a supplement to your stand, you can display a selected news item on the Furniture Spot - FurnitureFair's news area - which is placed centrally at the entrance to the fair.
MESSE C provides carpet/podium, lighting and styling of the area.
The extra exposure costs DKK 1.950.
FREE access for your customers and prospects
All exhibitors receive an invitation code with which they can invite relevant professionals to the fair for FREE (regular price DKK 160).
All prices above are exclusive of VAT.
